General Information
 We ship to all 50 states and selected areas using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and
Next Day Air Delivery Services. Additional charges will be applied for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Please note that orders received after 10:30am EST will be processed the next business day. SUBSTITUTIONS: In order to meet your desired delivery date, we may substitute similar items of equal or greater value.
- UPS Ground Service - Rates are noted below the price within our online store. All orders will ship Ground unless requested otherwise or perishable shipping requirements apply. Please allow 3-8 business days for Ground delivery.
- UPS 2nd Day Air Service - Add $10.00 per item quantity (for continental US) to the ground base shipping rates. Add $12.00 per item quantity to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Your order will arrive 2 business days after shipment. Most orders will ship the same day after receipt unless specified otherwise or perishable requirements apply.
- Next Day Air Service - Add $20.00 per item quantity (for continental US) to the ground base shipping rate. Your order will arrive 1 day after shipment, if order is placed before 10:30 AM EST. We will make every effort to ship Next Day Air orders the same day; however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this during periods of heavy volume (shipping charges are not refundable due to late shipment, only late delivery).
- United States Postal Service (U.S. Mail) - We only ship U.S. Postal to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are sorry, but perishable or expedited deliveries cannot be made by USPS. Unfortunately our website does not allow any orders to be shipped via USPS. Therefore if you need to send any of our products using USPS, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-628-2242 and we would be glad to assist you.
A Special Note on Shipping Perishables
- All perishable items REQUIRE 2nd Day Air Delivery when destined to states west of Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. Perishable products destined for other states may safely be sent via UPS Ground Service.
- During seasons of extremely hot weather and where distance is a consideration, some products may require 2nd Day Air delivery to ensure maximum quality.
- Perishable items must be delivered to street addresses and refrigerated upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to provide proper shipping addresses and to ensure there will be someone available to accept delivery.

Holiday and Event Ordering & Shipping
Our delicious hams and distinctive Southern foods are the perfect way to celebrate special events, like graduations, and to honor a special person on their special day, like Dad on Fathers Day, or just to have a summer gathering of friends and family.
To make sure your order arrives in time for the special day, please make sure you order early enough and consider the following information:
- Please understand that orders placed today are delivered to verifying credit cards, fulfilling the orders, packing and shipping, etc. Please keep these processing requirements in mind when choosing your preferred arrival date and shipping method as part of your shopping session.
- Please allow 3-8 working days (M-F) for delivery of NON-PERISHABLE items via UPS Ground Service. PERISHABLE items are shipped on Monday through Wednesday only, so they are delivered to you by Friday and don't sit in UPS warehouses over the weekend.
- To ensure quality, perishable goods shipped to all states west of AL, TN, KY, IN and MI must be sent UPS 2nd day air. Perishable goods shipped to other states may safely ship via UPS Ground Service.
- Your order may require 2nd Day Air delivery in order to meet the arrival date you specified as part of your shopping session. We will contact you promptly if there is any problem meeting the dates you specify with the shipping methods you specify. We'll let you know the alternatives and the costs.
General Packaging Information
- Gift selections and non-perishable items will be neatly packed in attractive white shipping containers or custom gift boxes imprinted with the appropriate logo.
- All orders are carefully packed for the safest delivery; however, if you should experience any damage due to shipping, please contact your local UPS agent for inspection or call our customer service department for further instructions. To ensure quality, 2nd Day Air Delivery is REQUIRED for shipments of all perishable products to states west of Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. Perishable products destined to other states may safely ship via UPS Ground Service.
A Special Note on Packaging Perishables
Very perishable items, such as smoked hams, turkey and seafood will be shipped frozen, in sturdy and reusable styrofoam coolers to keep items cold. Multiple items shipping to one address may be packed in a single shipping container.
